  They do not know how to remove dip powder nails. You're supposed to file the top coat, soak them in acetate and simply wipe them off. A simple google search will show what I am talking about. Instead they barely soaked my nails and used the electric drill file. When I argued they were doing it wrong they assured me that this is the proper way to take them off. Once they finished one of my hands I was in shock at how paper thin my nails were. I said to stop. I then put my nails back the the dish of acetate, while he protested that is not the way to do it. He then was able to take it off without the use of the electric file drill. One hand is ruined the other is the way it should be, strong healthy nails.
  
  I've been here before and they've done a good job with gel nails, I just can't trust them with dip nails.
